Willy Addai began with a
Center for African Leadership Studies (CALS). It is built upon the premise that Africa has both natural and people resources
in abundance, and that a generation of gifted Africans properly motivated and trained, can and will take the initiative to
address Africa’s multi facet problems.
Willy Addai is developing an
88 acre property in Kumasi, Ghana, into a Leadership University with networks in existing African institutions of higher learning
- secular and religious.
Willy Addai catalyzes and facilitates research, training, publications, youth movements, networks,
and the communication of Christ-Centered Leadership values, as well as necessary cultural world view value changes.
Leadership Research
Willy Addai engages students and colleagues to conduct ongoing leadership research, and the insight
gained is used in training programs across the continent.
Leadership Training Seminars and Workshops
Willy Addai organizes spiritually stimulating leadership seminars and workshops for African Leaders. Seminars
and workshops are conducted on site -- taking training to where the participants are. Since our central facilities are not completed,
we rent local meeting places (i.e. Hotels, Church Auditoriums, School Meeting Halls.)
Publications
Willy Addai publishes various leadership topics and issues to help provide skills to African leaders.
