Willy Addai strongly believes in collaboration and flexible approach to accomplishing the mission of improving leadership in Africa. He has spent the last ten years strengthening leadership programs in existing universities and colleges. He has assisted in creating leadership programs in schools where they did not have one. This collaboration has been worthwhile. Today, many universities and colleges have caught the vision for studying and teaching Leadership.

For the next seven years he will focus on building the Leadership University in Ghana. Below are some of the collaborative programs:
